    Best thing you can do is submit a ticket with the amount of chips you bought along with the date. You will most likely get the heroic chest after the next maintenance.

    A couple of days ago i wrote in a ticket about not receiving my heroic chests from the promotion and they replied within 4 days and i have just received them :D

    Send in a ticket people and you will get them b:victory

    hmmm i sent a ticket more than a week ago and the ticket status is still under waiting..?

    is it cause i'm a non cash shopper so they are not gonna be fixing any issues for me?

    i sent ticket too yesterday but not getting reply yet. But they usually fast on giving reply. im guessing cause of the number of ticket sent to them regarding heroic chest. Thats why i still think gm should give reply about this.

    I ain't complaining without a reason. The previous guy said that he got his after 4 days of submitting ticket and it's been 2 weeks for me and i still dont got a reply.

    It obviously isn't about waiting if someone else got his ticket reviewed more than 1 week ahead of me.

    I got an email after waiting 2 weeks to hear back that says they will be sending me my heroic chests after a future maintenance. I bet you guys get an identical one :)

    I brought items in the 'pack sale' & i'm STILL waiting for them. I would just give up waiting if i was you, PWI have become a big FAIL since christmas
