How do i kill a r9 psychic as an assasin?

Okay i've dedicated my time now to try and kill this one annoying scummish psychic transvestite, however shes r9 and i have g16 daggers.. I can out DD her and kill her thats not the quesiton, the question is how do i kill her.

    I heard that song by chance on Celestia Radio sometime ago and I wasn't too fond of it at first, but I DL'd it anyway and it grew on me~ b:pleased

    That said, spam your CC skills and re-stealth. Follow her around all the time and repeat the process till you're ready to kill. Its even better if you get your target to waste apoth or w/e over it

    role a psychic or at least learn their buffs and what they do,
    will surge is a nice genie skill,
    beg a wiz for buffs,
    stealth?,
    stun lock helps seeing as if your in aps gear the psy can probably one hit you by accident,
    and always remember mana = damage so shard as many turquoise gems as you can.

    Dont attack a Psy when they have Soul of Stunning active - unless you have anti stun
    Dont attack a Psy when they have used Soul Burn on you - you will kill yourself
    Dont De-buff a Psy when they have Soul of Retaliation
    Dont attack a Psy when they have Psy will Active - Stuns work though
    Dont attack a psy when they have White Voodoo on - No point? :P

    Attack Psy when they have black voodoo on
    Stun / immobilise as much as possible.
    Anti stun / IG and DD as much as possible.

    If they are on White Voodoo, find another target, they will have 100 + defence lvls

    Hmm... I like the following strategies.

    1) fool them into thinking you are gonna die.
    -go randomly attack them (but using maze steps if they have soul of stunning in). Hit will surge, tackling slash and dps them, make them use their 1 spark immune to physical
    -run back a bit randomly, let them hit you. bonus points if you get stunned and they go into black voodoo :3
    -when stun is over and probably your deaden is ticked, triple spark, fortify+ironguard
    -tele jump to them (not stun, not yet) and tackling slash them. Rising dragon immediately and hit hit hit. They will expel if good and die if not.
    -when they expel, hit till you have 3 sparks and (this is for chi gain) and triple spark again
    -inner harmony, tele stun.
    -will surge
    -win.

    2)variations of above strategies involving condensed thorn, deep sting, triple spark, will surge + tackling slash. rising dragon the instant they do immune to physical. triple spark a few seconds later then tele stun or occult ice; if they used anti stun stealth right away...

    3)Roll a class that doesn't get killed quite so easily?

    You take my R8/G15 mystic, natures vengence, then absorb soul. 2 hits and dead. I get them all the time. Just keep the darn overpowered archers off me. O, and u sins die in 1 shot from my aoe. Thanks for the points and no u cannot kill me.
