Supply Stash

Ok I've made two different Earthgaurd toons and neither one has gotten a supply stash!
Where do I get the chest from? I have talked to the starting NPC and they are not giving it to me.

    I got several "?" guides I guess when I logged in the first time, but still no supply box.
    So what should I do now? I don't think I want to delete this toon and try again for the third time.b:angry

    Sorry if I seem rude, but did you even click the link OPKossy gave? I'm a new player so I may be missing something, but the link says that the Supply Stash was accidentally removed during a patch. Seriously, it's quoted in the first post.

    Yes of course I clicked on the link, I'm not stupid..
    All I was saying is that I already did what they were saying in the link.

    This was to make sure they understood that I wasn't missing any steps in getting the stash.
    It's not as tho it's MY fault they "forgot" to add the file in the last patch.

    Touche' ! How does it feel to have someone reply to you and sound "rude" ?

    Actually the fact that you say you did every steps the link say to do, make me think you didn't read it, cause there's no steps, they don't say nothing to do except wait that get fix.

    Some people sound rude cause it's against the forum rules to do multiples threads for the same thing, but you did, so the mod put the link to the thread about it saying it's normal people don't get the supply and you totally ignored the mod continuing to ask questions that the answer was in the link he link to you.

    As others have said, there are no steps to follow in the thread I linked. The first post, not to mention the thread's name in and of itself, explicitly state that the free supply stash from creating a new character is not available right now.
