so i dled the game, now when i load it and press start, it will close and show a bunch of werid lettering like gibberish letters that look like this

No image link, but if your client crashed, the process may still be running, which prevents it from starting another if it's locked.
Check taskmanager for elementclient.exe and kill it if it is still there. If you are not sure how to do this, reboot.Take the time to look for your answer before you post like an idiot.

I downloaded the game and when I click "start" button after instaling it and patching. A window appears. something was written in Japanese. And when I closed the window the game didn't start. And yes, you will also want to install directX. Luckily the client prompts to install the proper DLL's for you if you had bothered to read the pop up window and click the right button. (If not, the answer is in this forum, use the search feature.)

PWI has an installer included in the game files under the element folder. Just run it.
The pop-up window you get in symbols would be caused by your video driver if you are still getting the areas I quoted above as Not Available.
The only message you will get from the client about DirectX that I am aware of is a message stating that you need to install it. (This occurs when the patcher recognizes that you do not have the required dll's installed on your system.) If you are not getting that message, then it's not a DirectX issue, it's an issue with your video driver not supporting the DirectAcelleration feature, or an issue with loading textures. (The latter can be caused by the former, or can be caused by corrupted client files.)
State exactly the steps you have taken in detail and what is occurring now.Take the time to look for your answer before you post like an idiot.

I click "AGREE and DOWNLOAD". Then safe files. nothing hepens. I go tho download's click the Driver instal button It says this: Not a valid Win32 application.

See that's the problem though. It's thinking you have the driver installed, but at the same time, the features of the driver are not enabled.
You might try deleting the c:\Nvidia folder, removing all of your driver downloads, completely un-installing the current driver, (if there's an option to remove files in the un-install process, use it). Then Reboot, let Windows do it's thing, and then go to that page, download the driver fresh again, and select the Clean Install option under advanced settings.
It's a bit extreme of a procedure, but if I had a system where yours is at this point, it's what I would do.Take the time to look for your answer before you post like an idiot.

Delete the entire folder. That's just where it unpacks the drivers to before it installs them. Deleting the folder will prevent Windows from discovering a driver there and installing it.Take the time to look for your answer before you post like an idiot.
