System Freezes randomly

For some strange reasons I am experiencing this strange System Freezes.
So far, so good i've only seen this happening with Perfect World International.
Games such as: Left 4 Dead 2, Modern Warfare 3 and all other games runs just fine without any Freezing issues.
So i doubt it has something to do with my RAM...
The wierdest thing is that this started to happen since i've replaced my HD4870 Graphics Card.
I have the Latest stable drivers from the AMD website, but i do wonder why this problem appears to be only showing up while playing Perfect World International.
So far, i've already had 3 times random System Freezes during PWI.
Anyone experienced this before and found any ways to fix this?


System Specs:
Intel i7-980
8GB DDR3
Samsung 2TB
Asus HD7770 2GB GDDR5 (Playing on Low Graphics settings and on 1920 x 1080 Resolution)
ASRock X58 Extreme (Socket 1366)
Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit

    don't think it's my Power Supply(950WATT) eigther...
    Done a test, and appears to be possitive. (it's fairly new though)
    If it was, my previous Graphics Card should have given the same issue during PWI.

    The amount of watts doesn't matter to a faulty/dying psu.

    Imma keep an eye on this topic, hoping there'll be an answer o.o

    I've just downloaded PWI, and installed it, but when I tried to play, I could barely move around. There was so much lag! Nothing I did helped, and I know it's not my laptop, that's the problem, cuz I can run Forsaken World, without problems o.o And I normally run multiple Shaiya windows, Skype, Google Chrome and sometimes VLC too, all at the same time. PWI alone is apparently not possible, though o.o

    I'd like to know the problem, cuz I really wanna try PWI, since I liked FW so much ^^

    Is it lag, or is it FPS? there is a huge difference between the two that most people don't realize.

    Also, what you can normally run, or how many super cores your processor has, make absolutely no difference with PWI. It only runs on a single core, typically the first one, and if you have a lot of other things polling that same core, it will kill the client's performance. (This is more obvious on newer systems with the i5/i7 chips, and on older systems that are easily overloaded.)

    So far there is no, and will be no, definite answer because no one has provided adequate information to look into the individual cases.

    I will need specificdetails on the issue you're having, a copy of your dxdiag.txt file, and a link to a published Speccy report taken while you are having the issues.
    (Remember to PLEASE use the [code] tags for the dxdiag info and to remove any trademark or copyright characters so it doesn't get cut off.)

    Actually, I'm not sure. I just know it ****s up my PC, and I can't do anything, till game catches up. When I finally get tabbed outta game there's no problems, at all, so I tab back in, and get the same problem.

    I just logged on, like... 15 mins ago, and managed to finish my first quest, with bout 5 times of lag (yes, lag, it caught up pretty quickly) but suddenly it started freezing again. I, being unable to do anything, just wait it out, but now it keeps coming every few secs. I can't click anything, and other toons comes and goes around me, like... Suddenly popping up.
    Idk what to do, when I can't even figure out if it's lag or FPS -.-

    Ehm... Yeah, with that last... Thing you wrote, it looks like you think I'm a tech geek? o.o I have no idea what you're talking bout, and Idk how I'm supposed to do that Speccy report, while I'm having the problem, when I can't even tab out of game o.o

    Yeah, I know I probably sound REALLY stupid, but oh well... I hope you'll explain it better for me o.o

    If you click the link I provided, it gives the specific instructions about how to publish a Speccy report. Figuring out how to download and run the program is easier than installing the client.

    I posted that link specifically because I know some people are not tech savvy. I do expect you to be able to read and have some basic intuition though that is not out of the realm of the average kid playing a computer game.
