fr the last few days i have been npcing dq bt none of that got counted. b:cry

    Therefore il not buy any gold until it gets updated going on 4 days now.Why have it if you cant keep it up.Nerfed theb:bye money for low lvls an then dont count the dq for high lvls....pooor game management im sorry.i farm dq everyday, an thats how i get my gears an such.plz look into this,as its cramping my game. ty

    If it's been more than 5 days, submit a ticket as there may possibly be an issue with updating your data. (But don't waste the Support Teams precious time before that.)

    I have the same problem, haven't gotten vendored items updated since the 20th... I ended up submitting a ticket and it's now being looked into. A friend has the same problem as well starting on the 20th. Probably because of the servers being very busy or something. I've experienced this before and it got solved 2 days after I submitted the ticket. Don't worry, the dq is not gone, it's just stuck somewhere.

    It's not an idiotic question. 36 hours is not a week if my math is correct. For me and my friend it hasn't been updated for 170+ hours. Not really a problem, I'm sure it will get solved. Xmas, all the special events and the +2 make for lots of work apparently.

    Same here, i havent seen any DQ points after the 20th of this month and i have sold over 50k DQ points worth to get a event card to buy myself Charms for TW. now i guess ill have to use coin until this gets fixxed.

    i try to click on the support to sand a message about the dq but i keep getting stuff thats says error i deleted all my cookies like it said to ect... so i looked in the forum and saw a link in one post for support but it don't work can anyone repost a working link?

    Try a different browser. I don't see any issues on Chrome, Rockmelt, Firefox or IE.

    lets see $ an event gold.id say $ so ....we patiently wait.cant post a new thread cuz trollers be trolling so have to post in the old one.an wait for the necro comments for bringing back an old thread from the dead.siince we spend gold in this game also we do have a right to know. no sarcasim plz only makes you look smaller ty.b:sad

    Still nothing going on. I made a ticket about a week ago on dq, missing promo items and one other problem. Was told I would get a mail with items after next update and to mail them again if the dq hadn't updated after a week. Guess I'll have to go do that then.

    Anyone know what happened with the update this time? The snowmen are still there so did something go wrong? I was logged out this morning so something updated o_O If there's a problem with the update this week that would explain why I have no mail yet.

    If there are many ppl with these problems, is there even a point in making another ticket? Wouldn't it be smarter just to give it some more time?

    My dq just showed up after 2 weeks, and guess what ? I only got points from selling today 100 mystical souls, so all my dq from last 2 weeks is goneb:cry I should have like 4 event cards by now b:angry

    You know.. I'm getting a little fed up to be honest. I have no new dq points being added but i sold ALOT of dq items. Its been almost 2 weeks since my stuff has updated on the site. It might be petty but I kinda would like my points. I just spent well over 40 dollars on packs to get the new female fashion.. didnt get it.. so then spent 30mil coins to get it instead.. and now i cant even dye it without paying another insane amount on the dyes. I cant submit a ticket on it as everytime i click the link to go it tells me the the website has a redirect loop and wont let me thru. Sure would be nice if someone would fix this.. seems there are a lot of people missing points.

    hmm my dq points updates - slowly yes but i get all the points.... ye been keeping a bit track of what i've been selling - just to see if got the right amount ;)

    Maintenance has nothing to do with your DQ points being updated. In fact, with the servers down for maintenance, the web system that polls the database to update DQ points is unable to interface with the server in order to update them.

    It's just a really long line and everyone has to wait until their name comes around in the list for an update.

    i have a faction member who just got robbed by Dq.he farms everyday.an they showed up today he got 200 points. so if this is a sign of things to come....b:angry.lolz a paying customer.....oh well hes stopped payin til its fixed gl with this..
    an i should have probley 3 event cards by now.havent bought gold in 2 weeks.an am waiting for my Dq before i purchase.plz dont tell me you make people wait 2 to 3 weeks for update an then cheat em. so many reports so far.b:shutup

    ok got my dq an it is way off.2x drops an all for 1.4k dq...days on end for 2 weeks str8 farming Dq. an they give me 1.4k.FAIL..im hoping this is just slow updating.if not are we just gonna get messed over.il be honest im frustrated over wasted time an efforts.b:sad
