PWI wouldnt be so bad if the packs had a lil better chances of real items...

a meme is basically an internet inside joke.
lets take "The Rent is Too Damn High" meme. it all began with the video of jimmy mcmillan from the "the rent is too damn high party". as you can see from the views, it became popular and people started to make a meme out of it. i give you my pwi example with that particular meme.

so you can see that to each meme there is a particular story and pattern you have to follow. once you pick a picture of a meme, you have to stick to the pattern. in this case: "something something" at top, "is too damn high" at bottom. generally that kind of meme consists almost always of a top text (the set-up) and a bottom text (the punch line). you - and some other people in this thread - used some random picture and added a line of text to it. that is a failed inspirational wallpaper at best, but not a meme. gear and genies: mypers.pw/1.8/#145766
