OHT Map 2 how to get back in?

Alright so im doing my OHT quest chain and opend map 2 OUF it told me to go there I did the stuff I needed to do there so it told me to come back. Now I have no idea how to get back in to continue the quest chain. Any help?

    You get the "Enter Unicorn Forest" quest from the Messenger of Time in OHT. You'll have to collect Heroes' Blood from the lake in OHT during certain times of the day (0:00-3:00, 6:00-9:00, 12:00-15:00, and 18:00-21:00). It says all of this in the quest description in your quest log. http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/quest/13844

    I usually keep that quest in my quest log with the blood already collected so I can enter Old Unicorn Forest whenever I want without having to wait for the blood to appear.
