how to report a bot?

Drop a screen shot in with the ticket or multiple shots. The more the support GM's have to work with the better. Also try to speak to the person and screen the chat window showing your attempts at conversation. I always say something like "Bot check time" so it is clear why I'm sending the pm.

Like you said though, some people will not respond or may even have their level filter turned on, but most of the time you can easily tell when it's a bot or legit player grinding.

I finally saw on after like 1 year or so, collecting drops from the snowmen. She had three men following her, but then eventually after hours of them following her they stopped, but they were aligned side by side feet apart. She has been doing this for hours now. Like 4-5 hours. And they all have names similar as to what the other characters name would be. I don't mean to be a hardcore snitch or anything, but it's very sad that other people that to work their butts' off, when these punks' can come along and create bots to do things for them. b:angry

I agree. Lots of ppl love this game and the gm should appreciate them by putting a lot more effort into their work. I moved on to this game because the last one that i played has bad people in them and lazy staff. I really hope that this one isnt like the last one.
'Not bring back the snowmen' sad to think but i think this is likely to happen if the number of botters increase. If the staff ARE lazy they would just resort to the easy way of solving the problem by taking away the snowmen once and for all instead of doing the hard work of banning the bots one by one ( which is seriously worth the hard work)
Im not a professional but one of the solutions may be is the staff simply googling pwi bots and sue them (not sure if they have the right, cos if they do, they should have done it ages ago /:

This maybe impossible but maybe they could have more gms on patrol?

She prolly send a ticket with SS and they prolly answered a SS is not enough to prove it's a bot.

I guess the staff don't understand that it's not everyone that have a system to make video. Cause usually it's what they say to record the bot and send a ticket with the video.

Which bring me at what I said, why the GM just don't log where the bot is (in worse case ask the person the coord if she didn't done it in the ticket) and check by them self.
