Chat Issues

I apologize if this has been asked before, but I have run into a problem. For some reason I cannot see Common chat in the chat bar or over peoples heads. I can only see squad chats, even blue pms are ignored unless they are on my FL. Does anyone perhaps have a solution before I ticket?

I already checked the game settings all the boxes for chat are checked except the ones that can't be changed. b:thanks Much appreciated if you can help or comment.

    It's not actually in the chat filters but in the overhead name filters. Just checkmark the "chat contents" box in the UI filters like so: click me! Also moving this to technical support.

    Hmm that did not seem to fix the problem. What I mean is literally I am unable to see what is being typed in common chat or blue pms. So for example, Person A Types:Hello but I am unable to see it in the common chat or even over their heads as though they are blacklisted or something. Perhaps that was a little more clear?

    Probably you have screened all the players lower than level 105.

    That's a possibility.

    If thats possible I have no idea how I managed thatb:laugh. I mean I can see PM's from people only in Squads or in my FL otherwise it's invisible, also it only effects one account any others is fine.

    I once ran into the same problem TT_TT.

    And was unable to read anything unless it was my faction chat or the system chat or the damage log.

    It was terrible. Since then i do not touch that thing. b:sad

    Or it could be the level dealie thinghy. But i don't know how to screen players below certain levels sooooo

    Try going into your blacklist and making sure you aren't screening other players out. If that still doesn't work, submit a ticket.
