A Shortcut Bar

Hi noob question. For some reason my 1-9 shortcut bar is gone. I had my HP and MP potions on there and a few other short cuts and now they seem to be reset too...

So... how do I get the 1-9 hotkeys to show up so I can use them again :x

    try pressing the key that has "~" and "`" on it a couple of times

    if i remember correctly, the Tilde button ~ rotates the several activated 1-9 skills bars and the V button rotates the F1-F8 activated bars.
    you can pull up all the bars by clicking on a little arrow on the left side of the skills bars which pulls up a bunch of transparent bars each with its own little "dot" on the left that activates/deactivates from the rotations.

    the skill bar rotations are handy for alot of cases where one has many different skills for different situations, like for example a barb might start with a human skill set then switches to tiger form, to make the transition he may just switch to his tiger-form bar and vice-versa

    I know ~/` does rotation of the keys but I cannot even see them anywhere on the screen to set the keys.

    I know the B set shortcut bar rotates from "V" and I can see/click it. but the 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 aka A1-A9 shortcut bar does not show. But the keys I set on it before it disappeared still work...
