r9 adversity v r9 2

Ok, I have r9 daggers +12 with gems. So with the understanding that I can make them into the next step and transferr both gems and refine for free, I was wondering at what point is it really worth going all the way to final cast.
So it is really a comparrison of +12 r9 2nd versus r9 3rd.
It looks to me like final cast just gets alittle more dex and a random decent amount of attack lvs. Just keeping in mind the base attack and refine it seems like it wouldn't be worth it unless you could rerefine all the way back up to atleast +11 although I am sure the extra attack lvs and dex make it more like +10.

For example the base attack stats on +12 r92 is 1526-1933
+ 10 r93 1363-1811

So with that in mind it looks like I shouldn't get the new adversity untill I have enough orbs saved up to go past +10 as even if the dex and random 10-25 atk lvs makes it better it probably won't be a mind blowing amount considering the cost of regemmming and rerefineing up to the +10. I am totally wrong?

In the end it's not worth transferring over the refine, in my opinion. The deviation of each variable stat (Attack Levels, Dex, and Crit) varies too much to be confident about a good roll when you do make your weapon, and with each reroll costing 100 Chienkun Stones to keep +12, it gets expensive fast. And that's not including the Chienkuns required for sockets and shards. Shards are not worth keeping unless they're Drakeflames.

What I will tell you from experience is that +10 R9r2 daggers at 20 attack levels out-damages base R9+12 ones. You can see that here.

    I double what Skai said.

We, sadly, play on PWI, where transfering refine is just a fairytale.

But I can say, that currently having any part of R9 and not recasting it is pretty weird option.

Skai video is normal r9+12 against r9 adversity +10 however you can upgrade the normal r9 to the second stage and its free transferr fees, so really the comparison should be with the second stage ones against the third not the first against the third.

@Northern While that is true, don't forget that the most expensive part of R9r2 is getting from R9 to R9r. From there it's kind of a cake walk to R9r2, since everything is farmable within a week if you run full Warsongs/Lunars often. That's the main reasoning behind that.

The most expensive part for me is refine to +12 again considering it is an awful lot of coin to get someone to spend 375+ dollars of thier money ( and even worse if i resort to spending mine) and adding the cost of the gems onto that as well. It costs 0 us dollars to convert from r9 to the next step.

Well, going to +10 doesn't cost that much compared to getting a +11 and +12 orb, and at +10 the r9r2 daggers already outdamages r9+12 by quite a bit. It's up to you though. Another good thing about R9r daggers is that they can still be used for a set bonus.
