Game Version 648 - not downloading further

Hello,
My game is on version 648 and it just says "preparing to update" but never changes. Is there anywhere I can download the manual patch from 648 up?

    The game has been majorly updated so it's better you download the newest client and then update it saves time & effort. Here's the link to Manual Patches.

    It's likely being blocked by your antivirus. Don't forget to add the client directory to your exceptions list so the antivirus doesn't eat the game files.

    I found it rightbefore reading this. I don't have antivirus so it's not that. I had to google to find the manual patches lol. Downloading the newest client is out of the question... 1 day download vs. 1 hour download of patches. Mhm.. Thanks for the link!
