Archer tokens in NW

How many are you guys getting? My archer is 100, with a new R8 bow (nothing done to it yet really) or a first cast NV bow +7. R8 does more damage than the NV atm...

Anyhow- I'm getting low token amounts. 40-50. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong- I get lots of kills, I help flag bearer/kill flag bearers grab the flag when no one else is around to do it...but still low tokens.

Is it just the fact that I'm not R9 +12 yet?

    Are you in winning nation much? The worst I've had on a gamma archer on any server is a bit above 40 (last place nation) while in the winning nation I've made it to about upper 90s/low 100s.

    I got 176, but only did it once due to work.

    if I dotnt get landlaocked and into battles..

    then usually 120'ish or so pr losing nation and 230+ winning nation. my best was 2 weeks ago with 318 in winning ( note: i didnt partiticipate in the 2 first NW's after patch)

    100-140 every NW with R9 +12. Been on winning and losing nations.

    It doesn't seem to matter whether I'm on winning or losing- I always get just about the same amount..weird, I know.

    I'm not wasting huge amounts of time on charmed heavies either- I'm mostly robe/sin hunting.

    I'm only averaging 3-5k contribution. I know that's why the low tokens; I'm just trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong. I am getting several kills in each war; assisting flag, as I mentioned (alacrity on carrier/attacking enemies on carrier/attacking carriers).

    I guess it must be just because I'm not R9+12 yet. 45% to go 'til 101 and I have the rep already!

    Don't worry too much about the flag. If you're dying a lot, try to do better about that too since both taking and receiving damage gets you credits. Let the lower levels tickle you a bit before killing them and try your best to avoid getting 1-shot. If you're able to both take and give damage your credits should rise to at least the 7kish range once you get the hang of things even without R9.

    Thanks for your replies! I'm not dying a whole lot - not more than any one else does - i think....I don't know. I'll keep working at it and focus more on the killing, I guess.

    well i get around 100-250 every nw 170+ only if i am in 2nd or 1st nation +6 g16 bow

    I get between 190-250 if I stay the full duration of the NW. Incidentally I seem to get more tokens when my nation doesn't win.

    Edit: Oh yea, I'm full R9, +12 bow +11 armors.

    I got 166 once, but it's the only outlier under 190 (and my nation won that time so....I don't even know)

    When not base locked whole battle i get around 150. Worst i ever got was 86, and that was when i was completely base locked whole 2 hours, only joining 2 battles. First nw got 221, last one i got 186 in winning nation, but shouldve had more if i hadnt gone 2 battles with no mp food unable to use skillsb:laugh

    I've found that targeting the biggest offensive threats works best, like wizards and other archers, but ignoring the barbs other then to just prevent them from getting flags. Also taking damage purposefully seems to help if you can tank it. Take just enough damage before using ig or aclaritying away or stealthingb:laugh

    Lately I usually get around 180-240 each NW because I always end up in crappy nations. Worst I've had was 107 and the highest was 340.

    worst when in losing nation was about 70ish and best in winning nation was 280

    (full s3 nirv +10 armor +12 wep)

    I got 294 last night. I hit close to 300 about 3 times now.

    Take damage!

    Yes it sounds like utter charm death or crab over-usage BUT taking more damage(and surviving it all, not dying) gives you more. If you die the damage stops and your score ends up low.

    Also...how many people on your server? Mine has 1200 average a NW....so the tokens are bad, about split for 300 people average a nation. More people=less rewards.

    i usually ends up wtih 150-180 tokens ( smtimes when placed last nation...gets 65-100)...and m not refined good even...

    but my guildy archers use to have 300+ tokens..2-3 archer are there..who usually ends up iwth 300 tkns..

    jkz... fight outnumbered and win.

    my personal contri is 17-19k 1.5 hours of 10 vs 20 and winning. I dont even rank 1st in most instances, as im spotting flag/escort/alacrity carrier.

    ~250 tokens on avg

    I get about the same as you and I'm a barb (tt90) so I would say taking damage helps it a lot.
    I rarely get kills and only cap the flag if I have to since I lag so much.

    Escorting the flag does nothing for your personal points, just to help win the match.

    i participated in EVERY single nw after it appeared, i ALWAYS had 10k+ contribution, i NEVER was in 1st place winning nation and i DONT UNDERSTAND how is THAT POSSIBLE.. but anyways maybe somedday my pathetic nation will win.. point is i always carry flag, kill flag carrier, dont care at all about personal points cos i want to win but always end up loosing, best was 2nd place... i go solo tho.. tokens around 110-200, max contribution in 1 battle 3k

    Tokens: 58 to 166
    Never been in winning nation, last couple wars have been on the 3rd nation.
    One time I spent 45 minutes locked in base so I quit and logged off. I still manage to get 14 tokens out of it LOL.
    I gone squared and solo, haven't seen any difference from it. The lower end of tokens have been due to disconnecting at nw start. b:surrender
