Bought Zen from paypal. almost 24 hours ago. I have bought on and off for about 4 yrs now. Never had this problem before. I even called paypal and they said its ok on their end. It has even been taken out of my bank account and is showing completed on paypal's site. THis is a PWI problem.

    That's odd, I never have issues with PayPal aside from them taking to long to take the money from my bank accounts but the gold is instantly available for me always.

    It has always been instant for me too except maybe the first time. BUt this time its taken so far almost 24 hours and its out of my bank accnt already.

    yeah same here i was gonna cancel it and just buy a game card but on paypal my money is already take out and completed for payment its just pwi that isnt going it may be the holidays but its not christmas come on pwi get it together you want us to buy stuff on your game then let us have out zen

    Having the exact same problem here. May we have a response or just get it fixed please.

    alot of people have told me that gm's are on holiday and we wont get our zen until holidays are over and if you check on your paypal account it will say that your purchase is complete and cant be canceled.i checked it out and called paypal up they say everything went in fine on there end. this is a pwi problem and it must be tended to.
