Preepaid cards not working

K so today i went to an EBGames store and bought 3 preepaid cards and when i got home and entered the PIN, it kept saying "Unknown error has occurred, please try again...." it happened with all 3 cards... please help what the problem? is the preepaidcard system under maintenance or these cards i bouhgt are not updated? please i need a perfect wolrd worker to help me .

  I need answers because chirstmas is coming... Perfect World im very disappionted, this is sad.....very very disappointed....
