DQ Points and error when going to support.

Heey, this is really annoying, i have been looking at other ppl's posts about the DQ points and everyone are just told to contact the support and send in a ticket. I tried this, and i only get an error that ma browser (chrome) cant load it.

around 3 hours ago i sold alot of dq items, i were supposed to have more then 15k dq points now, but i still have only 400 points, the dq have been updated alot of times and in the main time i read that many have problems with this.

I found out heey, its probably smart to send in a ticket then, but as i wrote, it does not load. Now i have been going around looking for an email to send a mail to, but there are only mails for other things then support.

now what do i do? :S

    i'm having the same issues, i've been actually excited that i'm bout to reach 50k on my dq pts and for the last few days it's been staying the same, and have been selling dq pts to npc...so i click on customer support and nothing, can't connect to send a ticket about this situation, btw the last time the server actually counted the dq pts was on the 17th of dec. guess there's just a glitch or something :/

    Still having issues sending a ticket? Try going direct link to send a ticket.

    Also with the mass selling of DQ from events/2x expect some delays. Last time I think mine took a week to update. That's after the page was saying it was the updating totals daily.

    Email PWI at customerservice@perfectworld.com and they will open a ticket for you and communicate with you by email. They can also help you out with figuring out why the ticket page isn't working for you.

    well my DQ rewards points has not changed since the 17th of dec i sent in a ticket along with a couple of s
    lust wondering where it says that in ToScreen shots of my total...i got a reply:) and they answered me in about an hour woot

    I have now sent in a mail to the email venus(mod) posted :) it turned into a ticket so i hope it will be answered soon :) thank you everyone :)

    if i get any special info about it that can help others, i'll post it in this thread so ppl can find it via google, since it might be usefull for others aswell :)

    My DQ points and Ticket page are both messed up too. I gave up trying to get them fixed.

    Anyone else tried and had it fail to load beyond entering your account information? I tried a few days ago and it didn't work....Tried this evening as same thing...account fails to load each time?

    Likely it's a browser issue. Try clearing your Cache or using a different browser.
