Proxy Bans and bla.

So this is it now. I'll tell you something about the perpetual problem 20% of the customers had and still have with their Open Proxy thing. It is about your internet provider or something, and so not your fault at all. People have been telling me that our GM's weren't able to influence that - please. If they can't, who could. Besides instead of posting a proper solution which would help thousands of people at once, they keep themselves busy closing threads and avoiding to help the majority of people so they could spend more of their money on Perfect World. It seems this is how customers are being treated. Is it really that difficult to understand that unfortunately not everyone of us is a computer-expert, and so somewhat not able to solve this all alone?
Every reply about QQ'ing or similar pointless statements are to be ignored.

    I don't even understand what the topic is about, wtf is a proxy ban?
    full 3r9 +11/12 (still using immac shards though) w/o CSing, leveled to 105 spaming pv, yes i have no life =D

    Also, they ban people for using a proxy because that makes it hard to track them down. You don't want that if you're dealing with money.

    What you say sounds legit. Nevertheless I have yet to see them helping anyone in public. Sending tickets just ends up you'll get a link to wikipedia to read about proxies, while the problem still is there.

    Eh, don't expect them to fix your internet connection. I'm pretty damn sure the majority of players didn't ever deal with a proxy. So yea, 20% of players? lol

    And I am pretty damn sure you'd be surprised if you'd see the amount of people getting banned per day because of an open proxy.

    Unlike you, I have experienced some of my closest mates getting banned all of a sudden because they started to be bothered by those proxies over night. Turns out my friends are not able to come back because nobody helps them. While you have yet to learn how to read clearly and without misunderstanding things, I am at least interested in helping my friends. That should be enough Source for you.

    Hun you might want to go back to school and refresh your reading abilities. It seems you are obviously not able to see how the amount of people playing Perfect World thins out. It's quite a tragedy. 20% of the people is just a guess I've made. Usually an average human being would have been able to get that by just reading carefully. By posting here at all, I have expected more useful replies than any of yours anyway. Thank you for participating.

    GMs close threads on bans? Man, that really makes me redundant. Only joking. Anyway, we mods are not GMs so we can only help point you in the right direction. You are right ban discussion is not allowed on the forums. Your friends will simply have to wait until their tickets are resolved. In the meantime, I suggest you them out by helping them figure out how to play the game in a way that doesn't require the use of an open proxy and tell them to keep the GMs up to date by replying to their ticket. Sending more than one would cause the issue to be bumped to the bottom of the line. Thank you.
