Clerics cant heal/buff outside squad anymore?

Can clerics not heal/buff people outside squad anymore? a glitch from sirens update or new rule??

    Just checked on my Cleric and I could do everything as usual.

    You just have some buff filters on that's all


    (Or maybe you were trying to buff people with squad buffs when the said people wasn't squaded with you)

    It's your buff filter, same thing was said about bramble ages ago when it was released and people caught on fast and it didn't become a problem anymore.

    That could be them that have buff filter.

    about clerics .... well seems they never update ranking list I realy cant believe just 5 clerics have over 103 lvl on LC ... why is that list there if is not real one ?????????

    There are 2 possibilities:
    1. you have buff filter activated;
    2. your target has buff filter activated.
