Need Tipps to get **** Account back...

Hi all,
a Friend of me has lost 3 Accounts he played since Years.
Another "Friend" of him answered all Security Questions and changed his Password and Email.

He wrote the Support a Ticket, but they dont want to help him!
They told him that his "Friend" played over a Year in the Back with his Accounts and now he changed the Passwords.
Since he played such a long Time, his IP is logged very often...so the Support say the **** Accounts belong to the Hacker.

I cant understand why they Act so stupid!
He wrote from the Mail Account were the Accounts are registered first, know Password, Security Answers and send a Copie of his ID Cart.

But the Support wont help him and unbelivable, they told him the "Hacker" has made the Accounts.

Any one has any Kind of Info what my Friend can do or has experience in such a Case ?
Should he Contact frankieraye from this Board by PM ?

    Frankie don't work for PWI anymore since a while...

    The support have access to who connect the account and all info, so if they say the ''hacker'' IP is the one that created it, than I guess they know what they speaking about.

    So no there's nothing to do really.

    And my own opinion, if we suppose that it's really your ''friend'' account, than he shouldn't have share account and give his info (and come tell me he didn't) and now he pay the price. Next he should keep his info for him if he don't want problems.

    Sounds like it was "****" by a friend or relative, if it was at all. (Which is the most common, and isn't hacking.)

    Have your "friend" change all his passwords on his accounts AND on his e-mails. The the "hacker" cannot log in or change the password. It's simple as pie.

    Thanks for your Answer, dont know before that franky has left :(

    They told him that the "Hacker" is the owner of the Account, because he logged into the Game since a Year and so his IP is shown often in the Logs.
    Seams they dont know actual the original Mail Adress or any other Kind of the first registration...

    I wrote him some Minutes ago, he should tell the Support that he bought Zen and send his Bank Account Data to proofe.
    Maybe that helps.

    Hes, its his Fault.
    He start playing Raiderz and give his "Friend" the Account Data, since he wanted to use the Toons for buffing.

    I also send him this Thread, maybe he can explain that all a bit closer.

    Yes, for that i wrote "hacker" between "
    Its his Fault since he thrusted the so called "Friend".

    The "Friend" changed some Days ago the Password and the Email Adress in the Account.
    The Support act not serious on this i think...

    Since the Owner wrote from the Email the Accounts were registered first and also send a Copy of his ID Card.
    I hope they can see who bought Zen with this Account, so he can maybe proofe with his Bank Data that he is the original Owner.

    So i started this Thread in hope some other User had maybe the same Situation before and can give some Hints on what to do now.
    Hope my Friend will write here too and can explain that a bit closer.

    Update: Thanks to every one from the Support or Staff who had read this.
    As i hear Today from my Friend, they changed Yesterday his Accounts to his new Email and now he had all Chars back.

    Im sure he never give again some Infos to some one other.

    Your 'friend' is the one giving away his account info, and PWI support is acting stupid.

    I'm glad your friend got everything sorted out. Since this is resolved, there is no reason to leave it open so I'm gonna close this.
