Warsoul + recast too expensive

R9 3rd cast is still much cheaper and easier to get and has even better adds. The price needs to be halved. You can't even reroll warsoul, if you get minimum stats, you're screwed. Couple hundreds millions for 5 attack levels doesn't sound very good.
