Hyper Stone Issue

Here is my issue. When I logg on, this pops up. (I've logged in and out of the game several times, force logging as well.)

When I click the hyper stone button by the character hp bar it goes away. Click it again and the regular set-up comes into play. I click the 12x option, and this happens.

Now I can't use hyper stones. I need to know what is going on. I've seen old threads where gm's never did find out a solution. The players who were affected were stuck like this.

Please help me figure out what is wrong.

    If I remember correctly; you can't activate a new set of hypers, until your exhaustion rate is completely empty. Now, if it's an issue of the time not going down at all, or, you've already waited out the exhaustion and that still pops up; then you should send a ticket. Otherwise; you should probably read up on how hypers work. Clicky for guide

    I've used hypers multiple times a day. Been ff'ing pretty much non-stop the past three days and friends 100+ say they have too. :L I'll wait though and see if that works.

    There is a certain time that it resets, regardless of exhaustion time. I think for my timezone its after 8pm.

    At most you can do this once day, the bad thing about this is, you add on your exhaustion total. I don't really recommend doing this unless you can deal with the long downtime.
