I started this survey for Seekers only but since it's a bit early because there are only very few, I decided to make the survey for all classes per server!

    as for shards Drakeflames I think for weap and no idea about armor.

    OTE is full s3
    how could you forget UR_END b:surrender
    flailsticks is full s3 armor and s2 weapon (probably s3 today with chicken sale)
    babyjingyi is full s2

    marilina (SP) is a full s2 veno un UD

    i think jenguin is full s2 as well
    condorhero full s3 +12 jaded archer that just appeared out of nowhere, guessing its a lin/crystalLu alt
    eatmyshorts has s3 dagger +0
    slayersin has s3 dagger and belt

    now many ppl have r9 s3 full set. every big tw guild have atlist 10-15 r9 s3. as far i know few of my friend have r9s3 full set. arriara,pedro,blazing,deathangelfi. and many. so r9 s3 now little normal then before.

    Both me and Ariarra only have the 5 pieces of gear we don't have the weapon QQ...
    _Blazin, KorruptSoul,Einar, Exegesis and some others do have the entire set (Gears + armor).
    There is also a huge list of people on the server with just weapon (specially sins from what i'v noticed since the start of NW).

    NW, at first, gave further incentive to go rank 9. Also, if you played your cards right, NW could have funded your rank 9 for free if you played the market right.

    TBH, you don't really need to CS nowdays to get R9 Stage 3.
    Well the Stage 1 maybe a lil bit will help (nothing major), but if your lucky while merching gold , and you get a Rank Sale (happens often i would say), will be quiete cheap. Stage 2 is basically free cause of what you get in NW. Same goes for stage 3 , just require badges + molds + essences = time to run a lot of Warsong and Lunar.

    Now this stands for the gears. If your talking about having a set 24 JOSD's and a few +11/12's on your gear, without CS , that's highly doubtfull, however possible. I'm aware a few people who merch alot over the last year and half , and solo farm like crazy and achieved too much.
    (Not my case lol).

    sorry for my rong info... but last time i saw them its look like they r full s3.
    but as like pedro said they have full s3 gears and warking on wepon.... same way some of them have wepon and 3/4 part ready. soon they got full r9 s3.
