I got a new computer and had trouble downloading the game. I was told to use the torrent download, so I did and everything went fine. Well now I am getting bug reports something terrible and have problems with the graphics sometimes. The ground will turn blue and the trees will be blocks and all my skill bars, chat box, player name, map and that will poof from my screen, but then will go back to normal. I'll get bug reports just flying around in arch or morai, also happens when I teleport. Just in tw last night I got at least 5 bug reports. Any suggestion on what to do to fix this? I've never had a problem with bug reports before, this is just crazy.

Update your graphic's drivers ? Since you are having graphical issue,You can try experimenting with the game's video/graphic settings and try to narrow down what could be causing the problems. You can try running the game in windowed mode or full screen mode, and lower/change the resolution that the game is running at.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Well, I've tried all of the above and still having issues. I don't seem to be getting the bug reports as often, but still having problems.0

Then you need get in touch with a GM, post your problem in Video & Graphics Problems
give as much as details possible with Dxdiag and HijackThisLogg[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Based on the OP's description, it's a bad video driver version.
Would need actual system information to help though.Take the time to look for your answer before you post like an idiot.

That Intel HD GPU is notorious for having issues, and your driver version doesn't match the most recent version that is listed on the Dell support site. (They have 2817, and you're showing 2847.) Intel doesn't have a Win8 driver listed for that GPU. So it's most likely that Dell is pushing systems with Win8 on them that aren't fully Win8 compatible. (Wouldn't be the frist time for Dell, and good luck getting support for that.)Take the time to look for your answer before you post like an idiot.

I called Dell and apparently I have dual video cards and the port I had it plugged into used the not as good video card. Plugging the monitor into the other port makes it use the good video card. Lesson learned I guess

I think its leaked to the memory issue many are experiencing, because the same is happening to me. A few textures get messed up the longer i play, then eventually game crashes. once it crashes once, it crashes again, so i restart my computer, and it works fine for another day or 2[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0

Using the VGA port instead of the DVI port should not cause that though.
