Is PWI biggest fail in MMORPG history?

I think yes. at least I never played such screwed game as PWI. bugs, glitches, no fix, secret passage, no balance/OP fish, P2win, goon glitch (nerfed, not fixed), 105, secret passage again, "china china" excuse, boring, dead, ruberbanding, no fix again, motorcycles, inflation, DQ nerf, secret passage 3rd time... omg omg omg b:shockedb:shockedb:shocked

what is your opinion about all this disaster?
