When i press start the to the game put a message with diferents letters and cant enter to the game so any can help me pls???b:surrender

    If you're running on Windows Vista or up you may need to run as an administrator.

    Also, if it's an attempt to run a second client, you'll have to run the client directly from the element folder to get it running.

    im running in administrator , window 7 and when i press start its say many letters and cant enter . Need to eliminate any folder or any thing of game?? help

    Check that the video driver you have supports Direct3D.

    If none of the above methods work, then yes, reinstalling would be a safe bet to try.
