In my case, the other person did not reply to me. They went after herbs in a specific order. If two different herbs spawn next to each other, i would dig those and move to the one that is a bit away. This person went for the 1 herb close by, ignored the 2nd herb right next to it, went for the 3rd herb that was far away, and came back for the 2nd herb. I thought, maybe this person has some form of OCD in farming.

When our paths crossed again, i started digging the herb before the person did. They flew in and stood above me while i dug the herb. The person stayed for the same duration it takes to dig a herb. That got me very suspicious.

Next herb i started digging, person came in to dig. I cancelled and started digging again. Cancelled at 80%, dug again. Effectively i kept that herb spawned for 2 minutes, but not digging it. The other person stood there trying to dig for 2 minute. Same thing happened for the next 3 herbs in a row, that is 8 minutes, most people would send some message, insult, wc thing. This player had no response. To me that shows the person was a bot the way they dug the herbs.

I wish the GM button in game was working but for now... all you can do is send in a ticket and hope something gets done. Don't expect anything to happen but at least you did your part.

I thought it did work but GM's are always busy

I stopped reporting them years ago. I tried a few more times earlier this year, still nothing. I actually saw the same Sins consistently in Heaven cause I kept getting the same quest out there.

(Of note, I dont report them on this or another one of my accounts...because I don't want the CS rep to temp ban me again because he can't be bothered to read the ticket - I suggest you do the same if if has nothing to do with your account)

I ran into the same issue with reporting scam shops. There is always someone selling Lunar mats as Vit stones on HT. I've screen shooted and reported it twice now, the guy was always there - even in the same spot, 5 days later after I get the thank you reply from the CS reps. And I know Im not the only one reporting it either. I could probably check all the usual spots and still find the shop right now.

Luckily we don't have a bad bot problem overall compared to other games, though.

Tickets work fast for stuff that concern our char, ex: I bought a ocean orb and didn't get the event card, normally they fix it fast, but i realize that when you report someone else for ****/scam/or w/e they do nothing most of the time.

I do undertsand that when we report someone they don't tell us the punishement, but when you report the same person many time for the same ''****'' and you still see the person in game continuing to do it even after weeks and months, there's reason to doubt they care about us reporting hacker.

a month or so on sanctuary, a friend of mine told me to come see something funny.
I meet them south of etherblade and see a lv 40 sin with npc gear flying around killing the flying snake mobs, but then i notice they are dying too fast. then i look closer, and i see its not a sin, its 6 female sins, all identical appearance and gear, similiar hoeish names, flying almost exact same place, towards exact same mob, picking drops, moving on. we also see a barb afk above them, lv 30, npc gear, named wth pimp in it. my lv 100 sin friend inventory checks the barb, its full of low level dq (was before nerf) and tons and tons of fruit. I decide to have some fun, so i follow the sins around, my wings being faster then the default sin wings, and i shoot their targets right before they reach them. when the mobs i shot didnt drop anything, the sins moved on, but when they dropped, the sins all froze next to the drop, trying to pick it up. also knocking back a mob with an npc bow caused them to split up onto 2 mobs, but later they came back together. i messed with them for awhile like that, freezing them and taking drops, but since im a human, not a computer program, i gave up and went away, letting the pimp barb continue to collect $ from its hoes.
later, we spotted a catshop next to north archo pet hatcher person selling 2000 fruit for a slightly lower price then all the other shops

When in doubt, let the GM sort it out.

Send them tickets like they was confetti at a clown's birthday party!

When someone is obviously botting & never gets banned OR returns from bans many times, it takes all of 5 seconds to wonder how much zen they charged.

And then kill it.
