Nation Wars Overseer Blessings

Hey guys does anyone know what the defense and attack level blessings from the Overseer's in nation wars? There is an HP buff for all the brackets.

I know there is the following brackets

60-69
97 attack levels, 110 defense levels

70-79

56 attack levels, 50 defense levels

80-89

30 attack levels, 30 defense levels

90-95

15 attack levels, 15 defense levels

96-99

17 attack, 10 defense


These are what I know so far. Anyone else noticed what the boost is for the other level ranges?

    I don't know exactly how long but they usually lasted me for the duration of any given battle. Although I think I had to refresh the buff once or twice. When I left that battle zone, I had to get it over again.

    They also add about 3K to my 4K buffed HP

    EDIT: I don't remember but, ~40 or so of ATK/DEF levels for 75

    When you die in a battle you resurrect with said buffs, and I guess also att/def levels, haven`t checked that myself, too busy there to click character screen, though was surprised about the att/def thing lol.

    I certainly didn't realise they were graded by character level - makes a lot of sense though; gives smaller levels a chance to be useful.

    i believe the 70-79 buff was 50 or 65 levels for attack and defense. i ran an alt 76 barb of mine one weekend but dont remember if i had my omalleys blessing on. the buff also took me from 10k hp to 17k hp in tiger form

    I had no idea but I was extremely curious why people outside of nw were normally one shots and inside it was like omg this is a challenge...

    I have been making jokes about nations being rigged, or some voodoo was at play... Or maybe it was just me as a failed sin couldn't kill a 90 something wiz.... But now it makes more since b:chuckle

    You get them from the overseers on the battlefield, the npcs near your spawn point. Also I know there was some buffs for p.def, HP, m.def, at least I think there was. I'll have to look into that as well. The pic I took was after I had died so I don't what was the death buff and what was the overseer. b:surrender

    For me I notice that change nothing with or without it I get one shot by pretty much everything. xD

    I think the m.def buff is like a cleric level 10 m.def buff, cause I check and I hade the same m.def with the buff and mine, so I guess the p.def buff is like a bm lvl10 buff, no idea for the hp buff, I think it's just a minor hp buff and not like a barb lvl10 one.

    I had no idea such blessings existed. Thanks for mentioning it.

    Edit: Although if this is something you equip into the blessing slot, I guess we have to see if it is better than Jones/OMalleys for higher levels.

    Nope, it stacks on top of jones/omalley. Works like a buff, dunno if it can be purged or not. Isn't removed just because you die though. The quest name to receive it is called Blessing from the Overseer.

    This was my stats buffed. http://i68.photobucket.com/albums/i40/ariesdragon123/2012-11-3023-25-31-1.jpg I didn't know at the time whether the p.def, m.def, and hp buff were from the blessing or not but it appears that they are indeed.

    As 96 cleric I got 17 att lvl and 10 def. If there is mag/phy def buff it's same as cleric buffs. HP increase for19%
