Do we deserve cheaper R9?

Let's start sending out hardearned r9s in mailbox from next war and on! I believe that will make all of us who worked our ***** off happy. If people are so ignorant they cant understand how much time and effort were spent into getting r9 as a farmer/mercher (which most r9 holders actually are if you speak to them instead of screamin CS in ur head) then idk what's left in PWI for anyone who wants to accomplish something on their own. You want this with what...3 weeks effort in NW? It was bad enough they made all of our NV farming pretty much useless, don't drag in the ones who actually worked the behinds off to be different, aswell.

You act like they will not make r9 cheap in the future. We should all know by now, PWE will make "hardwork" and "achievements" pointless. Most players won't be surprised if Rank 9 got some sort of super discount. Look at Rank 8 roughly 2 years ago, and recently, Nirvana. In fact, it was in December that the first cheap rep sale hits, would be pretty funny seeing that trend being passed on to Rank 9, this December.

This sale is a test, and people will take advantage.

Called cheap r9 sale after I saw the NW forges. Was thinking it'd be perm instead of just some one day sale though. tbh, they probably should make it permanent at this point though.

This sale doesn't surprise me one bit. I called it two weeks ago to my guild when they crashed the nirvana market. PWE are flogging what's left of their game now. They've destroyed PVE, they've ruined any goals or aspirations people had in game, and they've made people's existing achievements completely worthless. They don't care about your hard work, they care about your money. They've probably realised how many people have quit the game since NW was brought out and are seemingly trying to squeeze as much out of the remaining playerbase as possible before they shut down the servers. If the game is still up this time next year, expect even cheaper prices. R8 was once expensive too, soon R9 will have gone the same way.

Also OP didn't mention once that he'd like to see it cheaper, he's suggesting that it should stay at this price.

I fully farmed my r9, no cash shopping or even merchanting at all. I say give everyone cheap r9, does not make me angry or care, same as I don't like getting killed by way overpowered ppl i also do NOT enjoy killing way weaker people, PLUS i had my FUN farming my r9 SOooooo no one can take that away - give everyone r9 i don't care, at least people won't have excuses. Plus anyway, shards and refines are still gonna be just as pricey and naked armor is not a big deal anyway

Low defense levels, low HP are one shots. Both of these can be overcome with Nirvana Stage 3 just fine, not to mention using an omalleys blessing.

Not exactly. Last night Frost was full of afk alts and horribly undergeared & underplayed people - lots of people not cooperating. We were down to almost 5 lands last night. I was stuck trying to get into instances for an hour of the two hour Nation War - most of my party was too.

I'd say 75% of the instances I was in was dominated by the other side's groups (R9 or not) because most of Frost was standing around, afk alts, being one shot, or not actually hitting the other side hard enough.

Once, I had 4 random Frost with me. I rushed a whole group of Light. Killed 5 of the 7 in about 30 seconds, the archer and Psy ran. That group with me? Still standing around, they didn't do anything. I take it back - the veno started flying.

I ended up separated from my party because we were all trying to get into any instance possible to get points. I'm R9 - NW was a terrible bore due to the one hour waiting and doing nothing and heading into an instance being one out of the three-five of the 20 people doing anything.

I also know plenty, and I mean plenty of people with TT99/N1/N2/N3 +5 tops that got lots of points, had a ton of fun, and did well this weekend and last weekend.

Gear helps. But being active and playing helps more. You definitely don't need uber gear to enjoy Nation Wars, you need activity and people playing.

The whole "Only R9 can..." is absolute ****. I woulda taken a bunch of level 90 people in TT90 +1 over the sad sacks we had in Frost last night - we may have won a few more battles.

Please do not discuss p.servers when discussing this sale. thanks

Let me tell the story of my level 61 bm. Level 61 bm sees 5 people attacking one person who clearly outgears them. They are actually making progress! Then, said persons charm tick. Level 61 rushes in and stuns and debuffs the person so that the group can have a chance. Sometimes said plan works and BM gets their happy contribution. Most times...said group decides to leave this guy to level 61 bm only. Level 61 is promptly one-shot by the now only annoyed strong person. Happened a lot. I don't know why people are so chicken in nation wars. Fight until you got like one spawn left and then move to another territory. I mean seriously. ><

I think that this sale should probably mostly just make things easier for the people who had been saving up anyway. I don't know many casual players with the equivalent of 745 dollars lying around in their banks. Most of the time people who have that are farmers/merchants or people who would've bought it a bit later anyway.

Was saving for my rank9 Anyway so this sale luckily caught me with a lot of gold before it spiked. Price is rather silly but I won't kick. A gift horse in the mouth

The sale is needed if you ask me.
The gold price is 3 times higher now than when I bought my R9 and the sale only made it 50% off.

Every time anything changez in any mmo, the rabble always respond that the change has killed the game. This is almost never true

And yeah almost every instance in the game needs a overhaul due to the cake walk runs you can do in them..

You know... I quit PWI 13 months ago, just came back 2 weeks ago to be honest. Even back then everyone was saying game is dead/dying. Oddly enough... it still hasn't!

Its time to remove the Jones blesssing and the 15/15 blessings from the game entirely forever.

This will help bring some difficulty back to pve dungeons and create the need for more teamwork in pvp.

Furthermore we play the game to play a game, not log onto facebook to ***** ourselves to the company everyweek.
