Flying mount ?

This might be a dumb question but its been a while since i played I was wondering what lvl you obtain the quest to get a flying mount ? Im a lvl 21 mystic currently i thought it was lvl 20 that u get ur mount maybe im wrong ?

If you gotten and held on to your supply stash and opened it every 5 levels, you can get a timed flyer to use at level 15.0

15 and 30 or you can get some from the CS that requires level 10.0
