Semi-Old player Needs help getting back on her feet!

Hey PWI players! I've been playing this game for a few years now on and off, and after playing -removed- for a few days, I decided I missed this game and am currently re-downloading it.

It's been...Well, I stopped playing a little after the...mer-ish-people race came out, so I'm probably WAY out of the loop!

If anyone could do me a huge favor and give me the deets on any events happening now? New mounts?

And maybe even a referesher on the lingo. Going through random threads I'm baffled. TT? BP? I feel dumb not knowing the lingo!

    Since the tideborn expansion there has been a lot you've missed. I suggest you read up on the expansions here. http://pwi-wiki.perfectworld.com/index.php/Expansions.     And TT is short for Twilight Temple. Which is the correct name for HH if you remember that term. BP is bloodpaint, it's an assassin buff that allows melee classes (except veno) to get a pretty decent heal with every bit of damage that they do.

    Why thank you very much!

    I have another question;
    What server would be the best for finding a nice, helpful faction and people for me to make a new character on? I, er, made this character way back in my 'weeaboo' days and even though she's my highest level with my fave mount, I'd like to try starting over on a new server.
    I do have ONE character on Heaven's tear, if that server is good.

    Heaven's Tear, Sanctuary being two of the oldest servers are also the most populated. If you like forced PvP, Lost City is also more populated than Harshlands. Although we as players can only speculate these things since the exact population numbers are not released. I suggest rerolling on Heaven's Tear or possibly just going ahead and sticking with sanctuary. You can always give that mount to any new character and it'd be one less thing to get.

    I'll probably stick with Heaven's Tear for now.

    Though on this character,(erm...Toon?) The mount I have is bound, I think. A wolf from an anniversary event? It's been so long since I played, heh.

    Ah in that case, once you get a chance get an account stash. I think the anniversary mounts (most bound items honestly, although there are some [and increasing] exceptions) are all account stashable. Meaning any toon on the same account can use it, as long as you have an account stash. I think they are still one sale too...
