got a problem logging in

i downloaded a fresh copy of the game and after two times of installing the game and getting the same error, i thought i'd tell you about it before i tried direct installing a third time. the error is telling me i cant play because it can not find PackDLL.dll and i should reinstall to fix this problem.

    First go to C:\Games\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\patcher
    (Note: This is the default location on your computer that the game installs to. It may be different if you changed it during installation.)
    Then look for the PackDLL.dll is it missing or not? if not then simply just right-click on the patcher icon and Pin it on Start Menu, if it's missing then, 'Verify' the installation files through the launcher. This will fix any missing/corrupt files. You may need to do this multiple times.

    well these f***s got it wrong again. guess they didnt try downloading the program either before switching it over. i cant find the file, and i opened every folder i could open. well, i was thinkin about quitting anyhow when i stopped spending real money on my accounts guess they made my mind up for me.

    Before you go last solution for you from my side.Missing PACKDLL.dll here's the link http://www.filefactory.com/file/1zlfptvr6co5/packdll.dll to download the file, after downloading it go to C:\Games\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\patcher (Note:This is the default location on your computer that the game installs to. It may be different if you changed it during installation.)Simply paste the packdll.dll there and then try to run the game.

    i payed to play... buying things from boutique with real money IS paying to play. they pay people to program this game CORRECTLY, and yet they dont. me going to that sight and installing that file in the folder (by the way by default it creates its own folder in my computers c drive) would be like me paying the phone company to install phone service then having to do it myself, or a mechanic being paid for work that i do on my car.

    i have no interest in doing someone elses work for them when they have yet to do the work they've been paid to do. i stopped paying when i felt the programmers and owners stopped trying to maintain my business. i waited to see if they would begin to try again. during that waiting period i began thinking of quitting, but the basic game was still sound even with a few bugs and i had friends that i had made that i liked but hadnt gotten to know well enough to trade e-mails with. now i am to be expected to fix a problem that shouldnt be there? i think not

    oh yeah, i found the file in a folder i missed, but pinning it here and there makes no difference... i dont know how.

    my antivirus did something new and quarantined the pack dll

    Suddenly my antivirus removed pack.dll as well. Now my game is messed.

    I restored my pack.dll and game is working fine. When I log in my characters are gone. It acts like I starting for the first time. Please help.

    Are you logging into the correct server? (sometimes the server selected changes after an update)

    did u check and make sure u were in the appropriate server? before u type screen name and password there is a button on bottom of screen for changing servers.

    How did you restore it? Mine was also removed b:shocked

    I keep getting the message
    "The procedure entry point ?GetTotalRam@SysInfo@@QBEXPA_K@Z could not ba located in dynamic link library SysInfo.dll"
    I as well haved to pay on this game for more than 4 years now and I want my or ALL my money back.b:angry
