15% Zen Bonus Coupon with Limit

Hi all, i just encountered something quite interesting.

I received a zen bonus coupon from installing core connect and decide to use it. the maximum amount i can charge each time is $200 (they raised the limit, thankfully). As the budget in mind is more than $200, i try to use the same coupon again.

it says only 1 time use and can't be used again. i sent in a ticket and this is their reply.

the thing is, my "one time use" is limited to $200 by their webpage... i guess that's what they want. and prefer to have my money on a later date... b:chuckle

    Wait, you think it's weird that a coupon is 1 time use only?
    What do you do when you had in a coupon for free stuf at the supermarket? Ask for the coupon back so you can use it again? b:bye

    Well, guess I didn't bring my point over due to my limited command over English language.

    Let me give u an example. I was given a coupon that says I can get 15% for my zen purchases, so I happily prepare to charge $500. (don't remember seeing a one-time use in the first coupon)

    The maximum amount u can charge one time is only $200, so naturally I wasn't very happy abt that when my spending limit is limited by their webpage.

    Imagine u go to a super market with a 15% discount coupon and plan to buy one month worth of food($500), but the cashier tell u, u can only get discount for $200 (even though there isn't any small print on the coupon that says maximum of $200).

    Now u see my point?b:surrender

    I've seen your point. But if they removed "one time use" on cupon people could just keep getting free gold from same cupon and natuarally they don't want to give away too much free, just enough that it makes you charge some money.

    You know though, you can't charge more than 400 on an account per day anyway. And each coupon is for one account too. If you feel you must charge 500, then do that on 2 seperate account during times when they give 15% bonus.

    "apply promo code" after you choose zen amount if you mean bonus zen cupon
