Can't login Momaganon server

whats happening with EU servers day to day? both server crashed yesterday and today also.
there is not enough ram or what?

    i noticed they are offline and started a thread in technical support zone

    the awesome nation wars gonna start in less than 90 minutes but the server is STILL offline.
    same happened last night 2 times. its happening way too often recently. when will this company start caring about eu server?

    never kills anyone, only gear, no skill, no life, cash only, eats dogfood to cash more, lives at moms,

    LOL and they want to merge the 2 servers? they can't even keep em stable as they are now:P
    i've been dc'ing like crazy since the patch:(

    both server in same IP prov
    Perfect World MZIMA08-CUST-PERFECTWORLD01 (NET-69-174-40-0-1) 69.174.40.0
    but im not sure those servers not in one physical machine...

    Momaganon world is down...
    any1 who knows whats tha linux (i dont think there is any1 at PWE) use command like this:
    ./gs gs01

    no its isnot. i wont go inside technicaly but only world is dropped for any reason. im still online, but inside warsong and cant leave. also peeps cant login coz world is down.
    need to restart world map and check the log if they are logging anything...

    i wont blame but we cant. PWE can(?)... bring a new sysadmin who knows what to do...
    momaganon crashing time on time so im sure there is any issue in any datafile or run out of ram. only one way to pick the error is: log log log log and log. i hope they know that.

    I just stoped playing the game for half an hour, tryed to log back in and keep getting "cannot connect to server" then couple second after it says disconnect from server.
    Anyone experience the same problem?

    the worldmap chrashed and we are now waiting for someone to wake up EU-office-employees to restart the server, which will most likely not happen until the next scheduled maintenance.

    Really sorry about these issues. Our engineers are looking into the problem now, and we're trying to resolve the problems ASAP.

    again i wont blame but you renamed topic to new one which is wrong....
    can be login (login means you see chars in an account), AND also you can enter to game if you are not in world map. thats what i talking about... learn about this game pls

    Hey, that happened when I merged the threads. I just wanted you guys to see that all of the issues will be resolved. Since a lot of people don't check the technical support zone, so I moved it to a more populated area. Sorry that your topic was inadvertently renamed but the login issues should be resolved soon. He knows about both issues and hopefully your GM team will be contacted shortly.
