Dragon Points wont update.

Am i seriously the only 1 this is happening to? Ive been hanging out at those stupid spiders last 2 days,and drops have been great,but when i check my points they say the same...b:angry

    A few friends also had similar issues on sanctuary. Not sure if the page is wonky, or just not working right now.

    This seems to be happening anywhere from 1-3 times a month, and lasting 2-7 days. Just be patient. I'd tell you to submit a ticket, but that's never accomplished anything for me.b:surrender

    same here been grinding my proverbial butt off for dqs only for them not to show up, guess that page isnt high on pwe's list of priorities as its always broken, come on pwi its bad enough you guys nerfed most of the lower dqs at least have a functioning page and system, not that hard is it b:puzzled

    yeah but it was busted before the expansion, update stuff, just seems like theyre not bothered because its not involving cash, you know for sure that if the zen page went down theyd be right on it

    This has been happening to multiple people that I know of, including myself. The last time mine updated was the 16th (so that was post patch) even though I have been vending daily. The only concern that I have is PWI's ability to keep track of the items or whether we will lose them forever (as points, that is) but regardless we still get the coins.

    The GMs are looking into this issue. In the meantime, if your DQ points have not updated after about 24 hours, submit a ticket. Thank you.

    Venus thank you for your response as always but not to be funny or anything but most of us dq users have submitted ticket after ticket after ticket on this matter...

    i could understand the delay due to the new expansion and new stuffies if it was a one off but its a constant issue with the same reply " we (GMS)are looking into it" i know pwe has more pressing issues as always so all i can do is wait .... again b:cry


    edited to add... one of the reasons i was collecting dqs well in advance was for the event cards for HP charms as platinum charms are so expensive on LC atm 9-10mil per HP charm is ridiculous

    my date at last update is changeing, just my points dont show up :( its for days

    I found neemo b:cuteb:avoid.

    I checked my dq points as well. Has been about 2 weeks with no updates. I believe i farmed about 12k dq points some time ago, 4 stacks of 100 dq thingy. They do not show up.

    i say if they are taking our hard earned money , and are so lazy to fix stuff , flood them with tickets , crash their servers , let the players show pwe , enough is enough. im tired of hearing o its a bug or a gltich ,,, BS , they are ripping us off. im sorry but for a company that racks in Thouands of dollars a day from this game has no excuse to have so much BS going with thier game.

    The gms are busy with the new expansion but rest assured this issue won't be forgotten. In the meantime, please submit a ticket (and only one ticket) if you'res still have not received your DQ points after 24 hours.

    they need to have a forge for DQ pts.. this is ****.

    turn them into the forge for DQ tokens, redeemable for DQ items from the forge.

    might as well. they are doing forges for everything else.
