Uhmmm...where's the free charms again?

Hello all

I've read that now players lv.1-60 gets free timed charms....I got one on a new char I made yesterday,got the charms,now she's lv.23, her charms disappear,so did the quest.

Wasn't supposed to give a free charm every day or I misunderstood? b:puzzled

    Just talk to Harbringer of Fortune Woyn everyday to get the free charm. You get them until level 60. There is one in most of the major cities including across from the S.Archo blacksmith.
