what steps do i take to make 2nd account from the 1st account?

Finally made a second account. Do i download PWI again to keep them separate or what do I do? Someone told me to make a separate PWi file from the original one. Directions on how to accomplish this is appreciated. Thanks

    You have to contact customer support and inform them that you wish to run two clients at once. They will send you a form in which you fill out the usernames of the accounts you wish to run and fill out a payment method. It will cost you 15$, and an additional 5$ per account if you wish to run more than two clients. Once you have payed for multi-client services a program called element.exe will be installed into your Element folder. Open two (or more if you paid for the extra accounts) of them, log into your accounts, and there you go.
