Missing dq points

Can't use contact support page for some reason so I'm writing here. I sold 53chests of coin to npc yesterday but I still didn't get my DQ points from it....what's happening?

    Bump - errm hello? I can't send ticket about this for some reason since the website isn't opening. I'm still waiting for my dq points from 53chests of coin I traded in...
