World History - Paper Clip quest help

Hi

Wonder if any of you guys can help

After the server reset I have got all my regular dailies apart from World History - Paper clip quest.

One thing I have noticed is that in my inventory instead of normal fantasy token I have got a vol 33 Book of luxeries and World history normally goes to Vol 30 so a bit confused

Anyone got any idea what I need to do ?

    Read the book to find the area the new NPC is in. Then go looking for it.
