Missing coins

I just sold 30 rapture crystals for 1.48mil each on my merchant account, but the coins were never added. It's still at 8 something mil while 44.4 should've been added.

Yesterday, before the new expansion update I was on my barbarian, which is on the same account as the merchant char, did a quest for 19000 exp which also were never added after finishing. Though I did get the message I earned 19000 exp, the barb stayed at 4000 something (I had just lvl'd).

I logged out and back in (closed both clients) to try and solve it but nothing.

Is this a glitch more people have? Should I make a support ticket for this? It seems to affect this one account, not my main one. At least I haven't noticed anything odd there.

    For this type of problems there is no choice other then Submitting a ticket hope they help you out. Good luck !

    Have you checked your bag if you have 10 million big note? That would be 4 and then you have to recieve 4 mil coins. as you sais it was 44mil. If not, you should take ss oon that and send ticket

    my loss isn't as large as yours but Im missing coin from my bag.. before update had over 1 mill now 500k .. not bought anything, skills or even ported anywhere, i have tried 2 send ticket but keep getting ..page unavailable b:angry

    I hadn't thought of the big notes so I logged in to check. No big notes but the coins were there so whatever it was it's solved.

    Same thing happend to me, my main lost round 500k out of nowhere after the update :S
    That is not a huge deal, it sucks but I can live with it.
    But I am almost afraid to check my merching-alt. (have to turn off my firewall to play now, so didnt feel like risking my pc staying on)

    Assumed I was somehow the only one with this problem (No ranting about it in the forum) but was ofc wrong -_^
    Was it just one char for you?
