DQ Items worthless

I dont know if its for 81 DQ Items too but i saw tday that the 61/71 Items are worth 1 coin now. How im supposed to get coins for gear,skills and such till im 100 now?

    Nice... Same here... I tried the auto patch and 1hr later it was still downloading. I stopped it downloaded the manual patch in under 10 minutes, but it has been updating for 2hrs >. <

    I could understand nerfing the DQ 20 and 31, but this is getting ridiculous.

    The worst part of this is that the rewards for DQ points aren't quite good enough to warrant taking away the in-game coin from the items. It's not like you can break the economy with DQ Points.

    This is just sad.

    That has always been their #1 objective, and indeed, how the hell lower levels can make some ingame coins, sure you still can by other ways buy by this grinding for dq items is officially dead, didn't look when I npced dq drops when I was doing morai dailies but I guess they are still the same.

    81/91 are still ok but i expect them to be 1coin soon too,and if thats happend im gonna just leave the game.
    You can as well remove DQ from the game at all.Why dont you remove coin drop from mobs too?

    Can you dear GM,S tell us how a new player is supposed to make some coin before reach 100?

    I SERIOUSLY hope thats a mistake and it will be fixed immediatelyb:angryWe can take 21/31 or whatever low lvl dq was nerfed before today they not worth much anyway, but to make 61/71 worth nothing too, no sir thats just too much to acceptb:infuriated

    Well, thats just terrible.
    They didnt have to bring that "fix" to our version considering botting activity in that level range is likely to be little/non-existant here.
    Let me guess, the revamped quests in this level range are to make up for the loss of their value?<_>

    Like i said 91/ 100 DQ untouched
    And i made some of the quests, they are sure long and give coins, but they cant nearly get close to replace DQ drops, also they are NOT daily ...

    DQ 81 is also untouched.
    The reason might be the new quests....i just did 2 of them, one gave 40k coin the other one over 60k..........
    Still doesnt even NEARLY catch up to dq drops. They even made a daily coin questchain to replace the low dq drops also it was announced. Now, no real replacement and no info about the dq nerf.

    Its complete bs.. and btw, someone may want to check the shrooms in delta, i heard coins were removed from there as well, but no confirmation as of yet. And i'm sure its only a matter of time before the highest level of dqs will fall to 1 coin each.

    Ditto, a good 80% of my in-game income comes from DQ items. PWE just found another reason to make me want to quit.

    DQ are losing their value. Hell even the delta chests are losing their value! Like 150k on my server...for whats a simple 500 DQpoints/1k on x2. DQ isn't a good market anymore. Try another form of merchanting then...or farm herbs/dig mats...

    OMG this. As a lowbie, farming the wood mobs over hidden heroes village for DQ drops and the occasional bit of equipment is funding my buff upgrades (which I'm way behind on for my level b:surrender). Seriously hope this gets fixed or I'm not gonna be a happy cleric b:angry

    This is ridiculous. They need to stop and realize that our version doesn't have the same problems as their version, and edit some changes before sending us the patch.

    V4, I hope you notice this thread and convey our extreme displeasure to the devs. A lot of us actually like grinding for cash... and quests are a one time deal.

    Even if we actually had bot problems,this would be an idiotic "solution" to deal with it. Just like how they "fixed" FCC glitch with a nerf penalizing all the players, this is just stupid.

    This is very bad for lower levels. I hope this gets addressed immediately. Lower levels already have a major problem getting enough coin to survive, this makes it 10x worse.

    I just started a barb, and I noticed this immediately. If I did not have supplemental income from my main account, I'd be royally screwed.

    Yep. Once on my server a guy went on for 1-2 HOURS of red spam sage/demon card spam. I swear he put he's whole life savings into that.

    Wait, seriously? All DQ items under 81 are 1 coin now? What the hell, PWI. We don't have problems with bots here. The <31 DQ items being 1 coin was a bad change, but it wasn't horrible since it doesn't take long at all to hit the level it takes to get the higher level DQs. But really? I don't see how the extra quests could possibly make up for the hundreds of thousands of coins obtained by simply killing mobs for quests. One quest at 60+ish can easily bring in several hundred thousand, and that's not counting the measley amount of coin from actually turning in the quest. I really doubt the "new" quests give that much per turn-in.

    Now really the only way for low-to-mid level players to get enough money for even basic necessities such as skills and pots is by grinding low level mats, which you can pretty easily out-level.

    Yes, everyone knows that merchanting makes much more money over time. But with the costs of skills, nevermind gear, you're pretty broke constantly as a new player, and DQ helped to offset that. I sold a lot of mats while leveling to ~70, in addition to thousands of DQ items, and now only mats will be worth anything. I slowed down my leveling substantially, skipping BHs some days and just doing quests, because the grinding on kill quests gave both exp and enough coin to keep most skills up to date. Now how the hell is any new player supposed to catch up on skills?

    You need a lot of money in order to start making money through merchanting, and this change will seriously hinder any new players that aren't dumping cash into the game. Really bad decision on PWE's part.
