Is anyone having trouble selecting char after selecting server for the launch giveaway? I can't seem to be able to select my char :/

    Siren teaser site works fine for me clear your cache and cookies of browser, restart your browser try again. PWI official supports F.F and I.E 6+

    I tried clearing them but still the same. I have some kind of bug cuz I see a server 2 times :s

    Submit a Ticket they'll assist you it but the page works fine for me !

    Worked fine for me too, try a other browser and if still nothing than send a ticket as he suggested.

    Is there a minimum lvl to submit for the launch giveaway? i made a new char and can't seem to be able to select it on the teaser site. Only the server appears. I tried other browser but didnt work. I guess I'll send a ticket too

    It must be linked to creating a new character, possibly. I was able to look at all of my characters on my server a few days ago, but now, after having created a new character that I wanted to give it to, the server list is bugged and the character drop box does nothing. I never gave the Launch Giveaway to any character, mind you.

    Ticket submitted. Will update here if I hear anything back before anyone updates.

    Yeah I'll do the same. I just hope they say smth fast so we can submit in time.

    Not for me, still bugged, don't care just saying. My EG account I could do it just fine, but on my main account the server drop down menu says:

    Heavens Tear
    Lost City
    Lost City

    Selecting any one of these does not allow me to select character. Just some feedback from my end using firefox.

    I got an answer from ticket. I updated one of my browsers and the flash player and it worked ;) you guys should do it too. Also clear the cache and cookies. Good luck ;)
