Mail bug?

First post ever(on PWI)!

Okay... I just bought a set of Hawk Wings or something like that for 100k. I send that attached to a mail that I sent to an alt that I had just made for future use.

I logged into my new cleric, checked my mail and nothing.
Waited a few. Logged back to my Psy. Wings not there.

What happened?

Just exit the game to re-launch it and hope that helps.

Getting ready to submit a ticket but just wanted to see if I could fix it on my own first.

Can anyone help me out here?

PWI staff, I'd really like them wings. But if that isn't doable then can I know what the heck happened to em?

    Any in-game mail which has item contained in it takes 1hr to reach to the destination,so hold your breath wait for 1hr if still has arrived then go submit a Ticket.

    when you "mail" other items then coins it can take some time(1-2hours if i remember right) before it is on the other acc

    If you send just a message and or coins, you the person got it like 1 minute after, but for any other items it's 1 hour.

    Yea, but with some people lag problem that complain the quest take 60 seconds to turn i prefer say 1 minute. XD

    Funny how people never bother to read.

    After you send a mail, you get a pritty clear message saying "Mail has been sent succesfully. It will arrive in one hour."
    9 out of 10 voices in my head say I'm not crazy... the 10th is singing the music of tetris
