Is Harshlands server down??

All the other servers are working but for some reason i can't connect to Harshlands ...
Why is that? Please someone help me out . Thanks.

    it was cause of Sandy. brooklyn subway were flooded, servers went down. thats the place where GM's r living. darn those lower Manhattan tunnel rats.
