Celestial Sprite In Danger quest help

So I just became a level 19 and I went on this quest, seeing as the enemies were also level 19. It turns out they're very strong and very difficult to beat, and I was looking for some help, please~?
Offence/defense would be preferred, seeing as I can't really fight the enemies well myself, or even healing support would help.
I just really want to do this quest, and I need help.

    Have you tried asking around in City of Plume? Or if you're in a faction. what about there? Im sure someone in your server isn't a complete ***.

    You are cleric? I just made a new cleric and done it without any problem alone. Just IH 2-3 times before attack the mob, than after 2-3 attack skill use IH 2-3 time again than attack again.

    Do you have a armor/weapon? Cause it should not be hard.
