Clothing removed then client becomes unresponsive.

I downloaded PWI on a new PC a couple days ago. Once I logged in, everything was fine for about 10 minutes until my character suddenly appeared naked and the screen freezes. I then have to open my task manager to see that the client has become unresponsive.
I've seen threads about other people who had the unresponsive client problem but I haven't been able to receive a clear answer.

    1. You're using MSE, which is almost worse than Norton. AND you have Kaspersky installed. Disable one or the other. (Although I missed seeing the processes for MSE, part of your system thinks you're using it. Make sure it is completely removed if you are using something else.)
    Be sure to exclude the game directory from all active and real-time scans. (If you don't know how to do this, Use Google, or go to the support site for the software.)

    2. Make certain that you have the proper DirectX dll's installed. (An installer is now included in the client directory, and will sometimes prompt you when you go to launch the game, but that's not reliable as the wondow does not always appear, and when it does, it is sometimes behind the patcher and then goes away when the client is launched.)

    Can't see the second document, which I assume is your dxdiag report. Need permissions.

    Your issue is most likely DirectX related though. Also check that you have the most recent video driver from Intel for that chip. (There are many graphical glitches with the cheap Intel inbred chips, and your tablet happens to have one.)
