Issue: Main Character Selection

Hello Pwi Forum'ers..

Yet again Pwi is having issues, and so am I.. I've been having issues selecting my main character to post on the forums, at the moment my level 90 barb is not appearing, all I get is my veno and other chars which I have recently/less recently deleted. I have had this problem for ages, and no fix has happened. I would very much like some help from everyone out there, and if nothing happens it'll have to go down to a ticket.b:surrender

    Unfortunately, the only place you're going to get help with an issue like that is from the support team.

    Which, of course, can best be reached by submitting a ticket.

    Keep in mind that the average response time is between 3-5 business days. (Which means that they do not look at tickets on Saturday or Sunday.)

    I am not up to date with American times, because I myself is from the U.K. Maybe you could tell me the times in English Time please? And ok, but I just wanted to check if anyone could help on here first, to see whether it was a user error of somewhat.
