Error when trying to access the PWI main page

Trying to load the pwi.perfectworld.com page gives the 403 (Forbidden: "You don't have permission to access / on this server.") error on all browsers. Is the website currently down or something?

Nvm it's back up again. Can I delete this thread somehow?

    Just ran into the same issue, and still has it, I can access the forum directly though thanks to google, so this might be something that someone want to look into.

    Same with me!
    And when I try to open PWI it says I don't have a connection, and therefor I can't update it lol.
    What is this? I can't download cause of the site problem either..

    and i cant to redeem my dq reward, cant click on select server and character column...

    It seems to be happening randomly. Waiting a few and trying again works, or sometimes just switching browsers.
