Where is my ZEN Bonus!!

Seems PW has now added a new Core connect ap and we are supposed to be getting a Zen bonus, but where is it? How hard can it be to send an email when you can creat a whole 3D game!

I want my damn COUPON PLS!!

    I got 2 emails about it yesterday. The problem is, they keep sending the bonus zen emails to an email address I don't play on. I setup an account on the website, but I don't have an actual toon setup with that account, and don't plan on setting one up. Yet the account I do have a PWI toon on never gets zen bonus emails. And thats the account I always buy zen with.

    Likewise, no coupon probably a scam just to get us to use their monitoring software.

    Uninstall complete until I hear about this actually working.

    I can't get it because CORE Connect won't update / start properly.
    There once a time when I cared about getting to the top quickly as possible to help others. Now, I take it slow, and don't worry about having nothing to do. There's always something to do in an MMORPG, especially if you are high level. PK'ing is for those who desire to inflate their egos. True friendship comes from helping one-another, rather than to start rivalries.

    It takes 315300 Mysterious Chips to make one warsoul weapon, if you have a 100% success rate.

    My coupon code was in the program itself at the bottom right hand side, was a red coupon looking icon with a $ sign on it, clicked it and it took me to a page with the code. Hope this helps everyone. :)

    Good thing my CORE Connect client won't start :P Always stuck on Initializing Update...

    thank you Bloody Howl! Seems it doesn't show up right away, btu its definitely in the icons at bottom right.

    I also found the coupon icon.

    I clicked the icon, it showed me that i had 2 coupons to use, i clicked one, it vanished, i clicked the other, it also vanished.

    Nothing in my e-mail inbox and nothing on core connect....


    SORT IT OUT PWI !!

    I tried to key in the coupon code but it does not work. it says please enter a valid code. The code is not tied to the account or something. i did not ever claim it before. anyone having the same problem? or can someone give me some advice? any gm or anybody?

    they resent another coupon code as many pple complaint the code they gave can't be used.

    do note that it not only expires on 16th Nov, it is also a "one time use only". i.e, u can only charge once with max amount of $200. nothing more!

    I said maximum if u don't understand max stands for that. $20 is well under $200 I believe...b:surrender

    I got coupon code and used it along with a $20 zen purchase but code didn't work and I didn't receive any extra bonus. Then I made another smaller zen purchase and tried the coupon code again and it still didn't work.

    I'm still pissed off...
    I installed Core and logged in with my account 2 weeks ago. I didn't recieve any coupon until today. My gf already recieved 8 !
    With my second account I recieved 4 coupons although I logged into Core with this account first time today !!! The coupons are older then 1 week !!! I really can't understand that !
    Problem: My second account is only a merchant account. Therefore I don't wanna get my Zen onto this account but I can't use the coupons from this account for my main account.
    Support didn't send me an answer. So maybe I'll get an answer here.
    I wanna get some Zen and I wanna use the 15% extra Zen. On my main Account !
    Maybe someone could help me with this problem. Thank you in advance !

    Excuse me if there are any misstakes. I'm german and my english is not the best one :D
    I'm writing here because the german part of the forum is dead...

    Same here. I put tons of money in the game and they always send the zen bonus emails to an email I dont use.
