That's R9 recast. Basicly the best gear in the game.

They're the r9 final recast daggers: Adversity
That requires the full course of R9 daggers to get there, which means the base R9, the R9 recast, and then finally this one.
R9 daggers costs 525 gold by itself. But the R9 gear starts with getting the reputation and level, and then the ring before you can get any of the other gear pieces.
R9 requires 300k reputation, which is 108 gold by normal sale standards (45 silver for 50 25 rep badges), and R9 ring is 220 gold by itself. So from scratch you'll need a level 101 Assassin and 853 gold.
R9 recast daggers requires 4 Summerwind Tokens to upgrade, and each Token requires 300 Rapture Crystals and 1.2k Uncanny Crystals. So that totals out to 1.2k Raptures and 4.8k Uncannies.
Once you have those, you need to farm the full Warsong instance and kill the 2nd form of the final boss in hopes of getting the mold for the final cast of R9 daggers.
You will also need 4 Essence of Offense, which is dropped by that same boss. Or you can buy them from people for ~2-3m each. You will also need 60 Basic Badges, which are automatically given to you after every 2nd form of a Warsong boss. So in a full run you'll get 6 Basic Badges, which means you'll need 10 full runs to get all the badges you need for the daggers. If you do do 10 full runs, that should cover your Essence of Offense needs, as well as give you 20 chances to get the dagger mold (since the final boss drops 2 weapon molds). Do note that Basic Badges are untradable.
Once you finally have all that, go to a new forge in either Lunar or Warsong, and make your daggers!
Final cost:
R9 from scratch: 853 gold @ ~1.4m for each gold = 1,218,084,000 coin
4,800 Uncanny Crystals @ 300k each = 1,440,000,000 coin
1,200 Rapture Crystals @ 1.25m each = 1,500,000,000 coin

Basically, since first cast is so expensive to begin with, the transfer costs are free of charge. But since the second cast is very "cheap" in terms of cost comparison with the first cast, they had to make a way to make it more expensive. 2/3 mats required for R9 second cast are farmable only, while the third can be easily farmed, or bought for 2.5-3m each, resulting in only spending around 12 million coins just to cast it. That's a lot cheaper than the 3b cost to cast it the first time.

Nah. The G16 has the lunar nirvana G15 icon and can be used by anyone. The R9 one is archer only can't be stashed, etc, but all you saw in Skai's invo was the mold.0 -

As others have stated, it's the mold for the R9 2nd recast bow. I can stash it to my Archer if I wanted to get him that bow, but I haven't the time nor coin to invest in that xD
And the Lunar bow in there is the 2nd cast one. I haven't/most likely will not upgrade it to G16 due to the reason that I use it more for purging targets than damage.[SIGPIC]Octavia is best pony[/SIGPIC]
